Purchases made through third‑party platforms such as Fine Art America are subject to their own terms, conditions, and return policies. This website is not responsible for issues related to shipping, printing, or transactions processed by external vendors.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts its functionality.

All print purchases are fulfilled through third‑party vendors such as Fine Art America. Because these products are printed and shipped by external companies, all returns, exchanges, and refunds must be handled directly through their customer service and according to their policies.

Motions and Notions by Zoe Vega Questell does not process returns or replacements for items purchased through external platforms.

All original paintings are final sale.   Because each piece is unique and created by hand, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once the artwork has been purchased.

If the artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage so I can file a claim with the shipping carrier. I will work with you to find a solution in such cases.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and for any customs or import fees (if applicable).
